Western Europe (France, Belgium, Netherlands) is 2-3 days. Extended Europe (Spain, Italy, Nordics, Balkans) is 3-5 days. All shipping is via DHL, UPS, or FedEx with full insurance and tracking.

Our Professional and Enterprise kits include automatic 5G/LTE failover via MikroTik routers. If the Starlink connection drops, the router seamlessly switches to cellular backup within seconds. Users stay connected without noticing the switch. The Starter Kit uses 5G/LTE as its primary connection.

Does weather affect the Starlink connection?

Starlink performs well in most weather conditions including rain and light snow. Heavy snowfall can temporarily reduce speeds or cause brief outages if snow accumulates on the dish (it has a built-in heater). Our kits with 5G failover provide uninterrupted connectivity even during severe weather.

The daily price (from €190/day) includes all equipment, Starlink and cellular data (unlimited), pre-configuration, shipping to your location, return shipping, insurance, and remote technical support. There are no hidden fees for data usage.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the delivery date. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full rental amount. We understand plans change — contact us and we'll work with you.

What if the equipment gets damaged?

All kits are shipped in rugged Pelican-style flight cases designed for field use. Normal wear and tear is covered. Accidental damage is covered by our included equipment insurance up to the replacement value. Intentional damage or loss is the renter's responsibility.

What power do I need on site?

Standard EU mains power (230V) is all you need — the kits draw about 150-300W depending on configuration. For off-grid deployments, we can include UPS battery backup (8-12 hours), extended battery packs, or solar panel add-ons. Let us know your power situation when requesting a quote.

Is the connection secure and GDPR-compliant?
